Account Manager (Professional offer)
We provide the ability to create additional accounts for one database with specialized permissions that allow for increased security. You'll gain the ability to impose restrictions on query types, IP addresses from which connections can be made, and available tables.
Top network and hardware
We use only modern and efficient machines with high-frequency CPU cores. NVMe drives and network of at least 1 Gbps are our standard.
Advanced backups
We've created an off-site backup system allowing you to restore server state from any day from the last 40 days. To ensure security, your backups are created outside the infrastructure on which game servers are hosted. You can restore backup directly from our panel.
Socket connection (Professional offer)
You'll have access to establish a connection using a system socket (socket), which is an inter-process communication (IPC) interface. Instead of using an IP address and port, the client connects directly to the system socket on the local host. Using socket connection has several advantages. Socket connections are usually more efficient than standard TCP/IP connections because there's no need to establish and close network connections. It also provides increased security: socket connection occurs at the local level, which can introduce a certain level of isolation because it's not accessible from outside.

The best hosting on the Polish scene. I'll say briefly: you won't find cheaper (maybe you will, but it will be some junk) and as good hosting as ServerProject. For such small costs you get a full package of diverse Anti-DDoS, server crash protection and many others. And most importantly? Of course the best technical support I could ever get! Even Steam Support hides behind them. So don't be afraid to write tickets if you don't know something or have a problem with something. Five stars!

I want to connect to the database from outside your network, is this possible? I have a service with another provider.
Yes, you can connect to the database from outside our network. Just use the address you'll receive after purchasing the service. However, remember that this may involve additional charges for data transfer depending on your internet service provider.
Will I have access to phpMyAdmin?
Yes, after purchasing the service you'll get access to phpMyAdmin, which will allow you to easily manage the database through a graphical interface via web browser. You'll be able to create, edit and delete tables and execute SQL queries. You'll log into PMA with one click from the client panel. Additionally, you can use any other database management tool that supports SQL connections.
What version of MariaDB do you use?
We use stable MariaDB versions marked as LTS in version no lower than 11.4 (long-term security support). The exact version may change depending on updates, but we always ensure support for the latest features and security patches.
Do you offer automatic server backups? How can I restore them?
Yes, we perform daily automatic backups that you can restore in the server panel. They are performed on external servers (offsite). After selecting the date from which we have to restore data, you can choose whether they should be restored in place of current ones or a download link should be provided.
