Will I be able to install pirated software (nulled scripts)?

Absolutely not. Our servers are intended for legal use, and installing pirated software is prohibited. If such software is detected, the account will be blocked.

Do you support websites based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript?

Yes, we support websites based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Will I be able to create my own 404, 403, 500 error pages?

Yes, you can create your own 404, 403 and 500 error pages. Just place the appropriate files in your domain's root directory.

Do you support .htaccess files?

Yes, we support .htaccess files. You can use them for server configuration, redirects, security and other settings.

Will I be able to send emails through scripts?

Yes, you can send emails through scripts. You'll need to use your SMTP server for this, e.g. from your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). The PHP mail() function is not available due to frequent use by spammers and poor message delivery (they land in the SPAM folder).

I want to connect to the database from outside your network, is this possible? I have a service with another provider.

Yes, you can connect to the database from outside our network. Just use the address you'll receive after purchasing the service. However, remember that this may involve additional charges for data transfer depending on your internet service provider.

Will I have access to phpMyAdmin?

Yes, after purchasing the service you'll get access to phpMyAdmin, which will allow you to easily manage the database through a graphical interface via web browser. You'll be able to create, edit and delete tables and execute SQL queries. You'll log into PMA with one click from the client panel. Additionally, you can use any other database management tool that supports SQL connections.

What version of MariaDB do you use?

We use stable MariaDB versions marked as LTS in version no lower than 11.4 (long-term security support). The exact version may change depending on updates, but we always ensure support for the latest features and security patches.

Do you offer automatic server backups? How can I restore them?

Yes, we perform daily automatic backups that you can restore in the server panel. They are performed on external servers (offsite). After selecting the date from which we have to restore data, you can choose whether they should be restored in place of current ones or a download link should be provided.
