I can't join the server, I'm getting CC23 error

If you have trouble joining the server and receive [Error CC23] or another error, try changing the Packet tag setting in your MTA:SA client settings from Default to On or vice versa.

The option is located at: SETTINGS -> Advanced -> Packet tag
